I'm an experienced problem-solver and get-it-done leader with a heart for service, a love of mission, and a long career in the nonprofit sector in Washington, DC and beyond. My approach is direct, practical, and rooted in deep care for the people I work with.
As a mentor, advisor, and trained professional coach, I find great joy in helping others tap into their own power and potential. As a highly skilled facilitator and trainer with deep relationship-building strengths, I help individuals and organizations navigate new learning, complex situations, and challenging conversations.
I also bring proven expertise in organizational management and development; design, execution and implementation of program and strategy; field engagement, policy, advocacy, and communications — and tying it all together to help organizations make a difference.
